Programs for adults with Memory Loss and their Caregivers

Let us coordinate your transportation for you! JADP offers a "Door Through Door" program. Our staff will come to the door of your home to pick up your loved one, take them to the center and provide a ride home, also escorting them safely to the door.

Fees:
$26 per round trip, within 10 mile radius of JADP
$32 round trip, 10-20 mile radius from JADP

This is a Private Pay Only program at this time.  Contact us if you need transportation and are Medicaid, we will be happy to provide other references.
