7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

 

 

Payment Types

Private pay, Medicaid and some private insurance accepted.  Contact us for further information about our rates.

(It is always advised that you call your primary insurance provider to see if assistance is available for your loved one.)

Rates are subject to change, and the fee is based on level of care which is determined by a registered nurse on our staff.

Financial assistance is available through a need-based grant assistance program, as well as a sliding scale billing plan. Grant opportunities are also available through The Alzheimer's Association, Colorado Chapter.
